The second iteration of an ongoing work, the first being Canon from 2018. Canon and Repetition 2020 is a kinetic sculptural object which spanned the length of the MADA Gallery as a part of my PhD examination exhibition, Playing the Fool. Every 6 minutes a steel ball was released from one end of the ramp, it crossed the gallery before hitting the wall and dropping to the floor. Over the period of the exhibition steel balls started to accumulate at the end of the gallery.
