This was an early work in the development of my PhD thesis. The research shifted direction, so this was the only iteration of the work, but I had planned on it being a work which adapted to the circumstances of its exhibition. In this case it was a tutorial space at MADA, hence the title. The text on the chalk boards refer to fictional encounters the Polar Bear character had with art historical and historical moments. The Polar Bear appears in a few works, most importantly; Return to Form: NDINAVIA and Don’t bite the horses mouth where you eat my friend.
